Not to Monday Quarterback, but were any of you thinking on that beautiful 4th and 1 run from Lamar Miller,
HOLY Sh$&! We should have tried that against the chiefs? Good lord I wish we had that call and game back.

Fins UP!

I was thinking its 4th and inches, why are we in the shotgun and not QB sneaking!

Loved the results but I was yelling before the play.

Dolfan23, we lost a ton of momentum in the chiefs game and gained a ton in the raiders game, shoulda, coulda....

That 4th and 1 was risky. I said it was a great play call when they did it, if they had tried that play against buffalo or kc I would've flipped, because it would've gotten blown to smitherines.

That's because the Bills and Chiefs have better D-lines than the Raiders.

Sneaking behind Samson Satele and Dallas Thomas is never a good choice

The 4th and 1 play that resulted in Millers TD is a perfect example of fans and media reacting to the result of the play and not the play it self. Miami scores a TD so everybody is saying it was a great call. If a Raider slips through and tackles Miller for a loss a lot of the same people would be saying why are we running a pitch out of the spread on 4th and inches. To a degree the same thing from 4th and 1 that Tannehill got stopped on the read option. If he gets the first it's a good call for some people, but since he didn't the call sucked.

My favorite example of hindsight result driven analysis was a few years ago when the Cowboys ran a shuttle pass from the holder to an up back on a 4th and 15 and scored a touchdown in close game. Really a fake field goal in a close game on 4th and very long and people had the nerve to say it was a great call. Make that call and fail and the torch and pitchfork gang starts to circle.

I was thinking how aggressive Joe was and how soft Coach Belichick was last night.

Joe needs to come out in today's press conference like this:

Come on, Joe. Do the opposite!

Because if it worked against the Raiders, arguably the worst team in the league, it would surely work against anyone else we played and anyone else we will play.
