4th and 5 Was Big

I think it was Sims and Clabo who threw the blocks there. Did you see Clabo fly across the screen and just roll into the guy?

As much as he struggled early in the season, I got so much respect for him for not going in the tank after being benched.
 
Had we missed it Joe would have been lambasted on here. It was absolutely the right call, we punt there we never see the ball again.

and lets not forget the timeouts he called at the end of the first half that ended in a TD for the Dolphins.

Many heroes today, and Joe was one of them FOR SURE.
 
I learned something very valuable on that 4th and 5.

My wife does not know the difference (or cares) between 1st down and 4th down.
 
Joe certainly made up for last weeks gaffe before the half.
 
absolutely the right call. charles clay's effort to catch that ball and pick up five yards saved our season.

Yes and you can't overlook the adjustment RT made to get the throw around Ninkovich.
 
Not a ballsy call but the right call, I couldn't believe Phil Sims thought we should have given the ball back to the Pats with 2:30 left in the game with them up 3....our D couldn't get off the field all game and you think they would have had a 3 and out? If Philbin kick that ball I would have flew to Miami to fire him myself......

I'm glad he made the right call.....
