Man not going for it on 4th and inches inside the 15 was a great move

Wow way to go Saban. Lets keep playing conservitive even though we have no shot at the playoffs. Lets not put faith in Ronnie who was averaging more than 5 yards per carry. Lets not try to even win the game. Just goes to show he had no intentions on winning. Who the hell kicks it?!?! Honestly 4th and inches RB as been pounding that Jets defense and what does he do? Oh I know take a delay of game penalty and kick a fg to tie it up. Wow great move Saban.

On a side note I loved that Eye poke by the jet player. Very classy move.

im actually more mad about the 3rd and 2 call to have lemon throw down the field.

as to the 4th down play, i dont mind kicking it, but after taking the timeout, i wanted him to go for it with a lemon bootleg

With our defense playing as well as it had I can't really blame him. Thats not what lost us the game and in all reality the game only helped us by moving us up in the Draft. Wow I still really wanted to beat the Jets.

It was 4th and inches!!! Ronnie Brown was averaging over 5 YPC! Why not run it?!?!

It is always easy to "Monday Morning Quarterback." Lehan makes the INT and the game is ours. We just seem to have problems putting teams away, making picks, INT's, or big plays when it counts. Jeff Z missed a tackle that allowed the guy to run down the field at the end for the game winning FG.

We were swept by 2 AFC East oppoents : /.

It was a good playaction though

Nobody knew it was except there D-line, linebackers and secondary

go for it, if we did not make it we would have lost with some dignity,

Are you serious?!?!?1

4th and inches inside the 15 down by 3. Ronnie Brown is averaging more than 5 YPC. We have nothing to lose just playing for RESPECT. Nooo lets kick it and not put trust in our RB or offensive line.

Because if we wouldn't have made it on 4th then we lose the game 10-7. If we kick the field goal then we at least tie it and give ourselves a chance to win.

Looking back, of course we should've gone for it on 4th. But if I was in Saban's position at the time (with the way our D was playing), I would've done the same thing.

Get real. That call ties the game (which it did) or it could have lost the game. The defense had played so well, you couldn't have expected NY to score in two minutes. They got lucky on another short pass that turned into a long gain and the clock was on their side.

To criticize Saban for that call is absurd. I agree that Brown should have been given the ball more, especially in the second half, but Saban made the right call. If he had went for it, you'd complain he was being reckless and not trying to win the game.

Saban played not to loose instead of playing to win.
Im sick of the Parcells/BB comparisons. They would have went for that 101 times out of 100. God...This reminds me of Wanny.
