5 Dolphins whose time in Miami is coming to an end

People on here fail understand Grier is coming back next yr. 9-8 for 5 yr or better. Doesn't mean u get fired. McDaniel will be here too. We still top 13 team in nfl

Yeah I’ve accepted nothing changes. Our only hope is to get lucky in the draft.

I think we let Holland go, he doesn't seem to be the type of guy to keep around.

Fuller should be kept.
Most likely. Holland is good, but I thought he had the chance to be great. It will likely come down to the contract.

Interesting, that he was rated near the top of all safeties by PFF last year under Fangio. He's still in the top half, but has dropped significantly.

Fuller is actually not a bad contract. Sure we need to get better and younger at the position, but we have so many other issues we need to address first.

Armstead I agree on. He looked awful the other night. He is only getting older and more fragile. Its time to move on. We need to draft a versatile O-lineman who can play both OT and OG because we still don't know if Paul is good enough to be the starting LT going forward which is why we should get him some playing time in the next 5 games.

OBJ is a no brainer that the won't be back.

Bailey, absolutely needs to go and save the $2M.

Skylar and Hill both need to go. Skyalr is not even backup material. Sign a FA vet to be the backup. I think Jimmy G would be a good fit and he won't cost that much. Then draft a QB in the mid to late rounds to groom as the future backup. I like Kyle McCord. He led the nation in passing yards and he is not projected to be drafted that high.

Mostert needs to go also. Achane and Wright are the future. Draft a more physical RB in the later rounds.

Berrios and Poyer are both FA's who should not return. Holland is also but we can't afford him.

1 - CB - Kendall Fuller
2 - OT - Terron Armstead
3 - WR - Odell Beckham Jr
4 - P - Jake Bailey
5 - QB - Skylar Thompson

1 and 3 are stop-gaps anyway. Fuller will be replaced as soon as we can draft a starting caliber boundary CB (potentially in R1 next year). You could increase #2 (Armstead) here as well at this point.

Number 4 (punter) I don't care much about. Number 5 (backup QB) isn't hard to improve upon. We probably need a veteran there.

There are a bunch of other guys you could name though...we have veteran stop-gaps and poor-performing young guys in a lot of places.

Fuller should stay. Not expensive for his level of play.
Bailey? Not defending him, but Mcd has had a number of opportunities to replace him, but never really tried. I suspect he stays unless someone significantly better shows up.
The other 3? Yeah, not needed.
There are a number of others I'd like gone, starting with Poyer.
Even more, but only if upgrades or significant savings support the move. Every team has players who aren't quite 'good enough,' but finding replacements is hard. There aren't 32 starter-level players in the NFL for any position

As a Cuse fan I'd love to get McCord in like the 4th or 5th Rd - he's legit - has a stronger arm than most realize!

edited to simply say god we suck at drafting
