1.head coach...I like philbin nice guy, but not once did this team look motivated or fired up in the last two games he is not head coach material, should have never been hired. A TEAM TAKES ON THE PERSONALITY OF THE COACH. WE PLAY LIKE HE ACTS., BLAAAAA

2. oline- no comment needed.

3. lb's-we cant stop the run and they cant cover, start Jordan

4. power RB to go with miller. cant convert 3 and 1

5. big red zone target, wr or te
 
yup, agreed for the most part. Clearly our coach kinda sucks, since he admitted he wont be using Dion Jordan that much.

Does anyone know where we are picking in the Draft now? Im guessing between 13-18?
 
6. Can't complete the big play consistently. Leaving too many plays on the field due to under/over thrown passes and dropped balls.
 
I wonder if anyone from the team would listen? They should because the man knows what he is talking about.
 
I agree I think it be nice to have a coach that has a pulse, I don't need a HC that screams all the time but when it's needed I'd like to see something as much as Tony Sparano used to be at least you got a fist pump so you knew he was still alive

Well, I can tell you one thing. We should of just waited for your post because everyone here for the last 4 hours have been racking their brains out as to what is wrong with this team
