5 yrs, 5 QB's, 5 2nd round picks

2010- ???
2009- P.White
2008- C.Henne
2007- J.Beck
2006- D. Cullpepper
2005- A.J. Feeley

If you had to use this years 2nd round pick on a QB to continue the trend(which isn't likely) who do you take/trade for?
 
4 out of 5 of those are big fat wastes of draft picks. Its amazing to me that most of you people still have faith in the people that run this organization. The story never changes.

Why are you still here if you have no faith? I hear the Pats are always looking for more fans.
 
The people that run this organization are only responsible for 2 of those 5 QB'S. 1 is our QB of the future the other is a developmental weapon.

Chad Henne and Drew Breese are actually the only 2nd round QBs that ever ammounted to anything in the NFL. God Pat White was such a freakin' waste.

Lets' see - 1 is the franchise QB of this team for years to come. Not bad for a 2nd rd pick! 1 out of 2 ain't bad considering what the other clowns before BP and co. have done.

I'm no fan of his, but would have to include Favre in that group, eh?

FWIW, of the final 8 in the POs, half were not first round QB picks.
Gold nuggets can be mined anywhere, ditto Russell, Quinn, Leinart, Alex Smith, Couch, etc argue that some fools gold lays close to the surface.

That being said, you are saying the people who chose Feeley, Dumbte, and Beck are still part of this organization?

How about Mr. Brett Favre? He don't count?

Plus there are the rare occurrences of late round QB's like Tom Brady.
 
Trade for P Manning or draft Bradford. You never said it had to be realistic. :)

To be perfectly honest I'm still not 100% sold on Henne but there are obviusly much bigger needs i.e. WR, NT, ILB etc. We'd have to get Madden type value for our 2nd rounder to be wasted on another QB.
