50 greatest caoches in sports

I mean its tuff to put him above those first 4, but Shula does have 2 big things going for him.

Responsible for only undefeated team out of the 4 organized professional sports.
Most victories in the NFL
Even still, only having 2 titles probably hurts him more than anything else.

Like we could say he is a better coach than Phil Jackson, and Phil was a product of having superstars . . . but Phil has 10 titles lol. That trumps alot.

Umm, if a team went undefeated in MLB or the NHL, then that would be the greatest feat of all time!!

Jackson has the triangle, that is the secret!

I love Shula, and I`m glad he`s #5, but I can`t believe he`s ahead of Knight. Knights won more championships and he too coached a team thru an undefeated season.

steeler fan who host a radio show wasa having a two day meltdown because shula was in the top 10 and even ahead of Chuck Noll . the board operator said Shula should not be on the list at all.

this radio host said the dolphins have a losing record against the steelers which i dont think is accurate . this clown said Shula's team were never dominate and were never that good of a team that just got lucky more then being good.

anyone have any ammo to fire back at this clown ?

How do you get more dominant than 17-0 with upsetting, shutting out the nfc in the super bowl (except for garo's miscue)?
Or the next year rolling through most everyone then stomping the Vikings in the ground?
We dominated the afc 4 years in a row but for the Stabler fluke with two super bowl wins. Punk azz Steelers are never satisfied. Noll should be ahead of Shula though but screw him.

I can't believe Dan Gable is off the list. Granted wrestling isn't a big time sport like football or basketball but the man has dominated the sport and is an icon.
