did anyone get tired of crowder tapping t.gonzales on every pass play? wtf ever happened to getting a good shove in or push in on the TE?? all crowder would do is tap gonzales!...not even a tap, just a touch.

crowder should have gotten in gonzales face or at least given him a strong shove... why allow the NFL's best TE ever to go untouched for 5+ yards and have him face your free safety without having been touched at all??

i think crowder was so damn concerned with following through on his promises to keep turner in check that he didn't perform as well on coverage duties which include ruining the timing for TEs and RBs on passing routes.

he did have a great game stopping the run though......


man this one hurt.

Whether Crowder jams him or not, we don't have anyone who can match up with Tony Gonzales. This isn't a knock against us - few teams CAN match up to TG, which is why he'll be in the HOF.

You couldn't anyway...any contact with him probably would have drawn a holding call or pass interference.

Crowder did a pretty good job yesterday. I was actually impressed with the whole defense. We pretty much shut down Roddy White and Michael Turner. It was mainly Gonzo and the fact that the defense was out there the entire game that killed us.

The play were he stood the running back up lifted him and dropped him was sick. It looked like a pro wrestling move haha
