I think all the draft picks make it and Manny Wright and Lance Schulters cost two others spots on the final roster. Lots of d-line and lb's to help give different base looks as well as running backs to accomodate booth Ricky and Ronnie. Gordon and Harris play their way on and excel in ST. That is my list anyway.

Well, with Carey looking like he will be our LT now, that means McInotsh becomes the first option off the bench. McDougle is the other tackle and Alabi wasn't picked by Houck to not make the team. Houck really likes the kid and I don't think he risks him on the practice squad. Plus, in a pinch, Smith could swing out to the tackle spot as well. On the inside Hadnot and James are the starters and I think Cook makes the team as the primary backup as well. St. Calir just doesn't seem to fit in anywhere. Maybe he bumps Cook, I don't know. Just my list.

Romero most likely will not make the team. He is a borderline player under wannstedt and with the addition (s) of Vickerson, Carter, Traylor and possibly Wright, he and Zgonina might slide right off the team. Zgonina has a better shot at making it and if reports about Vickerson being a "turd" are true, then I would be inclined to swap those two.

Ayanbadejo will not make the team. I like him, I like his brother and I like his attitude. However, his size is very small when you look at the prototypical LB for Saban. Crowder, Seau, Turner and Spragan are more the size he wants. Of cours,e Thomas and Pope stay due to their play but I think Turner ends up taking Brendan's spot.
 
guys that go on the practice squad have to go through waivers first......there is a very good chance of guys like Kay Jay getting picked up....

a team will for sure use their 3rd RB spot for him.

I also think Ayanbadejo makes it in the last LB spot. He's bigger than Pope, and that I believe is his ticket on the team
