According to gbnreport.com, there's still some fluidity here:
(4:15 PM): Late game to decide three draft spots ... Three spots in the opening round selection order for the 2013 draft were up for grabs in today's two wild card playoff games, but nothing will be confirmed until the late NFC game between Seattle and Washington. If Seattle wins, St. Louis will pick 22nd with a pick acquired from Washington, followed by Minnesota at #23 and Indianapolis, which lost today's early game in Baltimore, at #24. However, if the Redskins win, then Minnesota will move up to #22, Indianapolis goes to #23 and Seattle will pick 24th. It had been determined that Cincinnati will have the 21st pick in this year's opening round after the Bengals lost to Houston in Saturday's AFC wild card game. Picks 25-32, of course, remain to be determined by upcoming playoff games.
I think our pick from the Colts in the 2nd round is the 54th pick no matter what the result of the Seahawks/Redskins game is. We have to remember that teams with the same record will rotate with each round.
So, if the Redskins lose, the first round order looks like this:
21. Bengals (10-6) - .438
22. Redskins (10-6) - .494
23. Vikings (10-6) - .516
24. Colts (11-5) - .441
In the second round, the order is this:
51. Redskins (10-6) - .494
52. Vikings (10-6) - .516
53. Bengals (10-6) - .438
54. Colts (11-5) - .441
Now, if the Seahawks lose, it looks like this in the first round:
21. Bengals (10-6) - .438
22. Vikings (10-6) - .516
23. Colts (11-5) - .441
24. Seahawks (11-5) - .504
In the second round it would look like this:
51. Vikings (10-6) - .516
52. Bengals (10-6) - .438
53. Seahawks (11-5) - .504
54. Colts (11-5) - .441
