thats minimum what we gotta shoot for.

jacksonville road
san diego home
detroit road

gotta win 3 of those 4 if we wanna make playoffs. the next game after those 4 is at denver, so lets assume thats an L. so if we split the next 4 then lose denver we'll be 5-6 heading into december, will be extrememly tough to make playoffs with that record.

Jax is a classic trap game. But I think we beat them handily.
Sd we've played well against since rivers has been qb so I think we can beat them as well.
Detroit I have a bad feeling about so I think loss there.
Buffalo. I think we finally break through that fog that seems to come over this team when we play them. Especially because they are most likely without 2/3 of their best playmakers.

We'll see. If we went with what this team normally does, I'd say
Mia 10, jax 23.
Mia 27 sd 23
Mia 37 det 17
Mia 3 buff 30
But let's hope those days are over!! Go phins!!

If we must win 3 please let 1 be against Buf, we need division wins most.

I would say yes, Jax is a trap game, but after the Browns trap I don't think Fins take them lightly.

SD at home is huge, avoid that West Coast trip.

Lions is a toss up, if Calvin/Reggie/Bell/Ebron are still hurt that would be huge. Stafford is a Cutler 2.0, he can either boom or bust and is guaranteed to throw a few WTF passes.

Bills at home is the biggest must WIN for us. Division win and pull the Bills back down. Funny enough, Orton stepping up for the Bills was the worst thing that could of happened, but with CJ Spiller out for the year (Broken Collarbone) and Jackson likely out a month with a really bad groin injury (per reports) the Bills bread and butter run game should suffer putting more pressure on Orton and Watkins.

Jacksonville - Win you should beat the inter state team easily.
San Diego - Loss (though this could flip if you ask me next week). SD playing good football right now, but is an East Coast game. Right now putting loss
Detriot - Loss (Again this is a game that may flip) - But if Megatron is Healthy and the way Tate is playing I think this is a Loss for you.
Bills - Win (pains me to say this). But I may shift this as I see how Bryce Brown does. But losing Freddie and Spiller will hurt this team alot. If Bryce comes in with fresh legs and Balls out this likely will flip, afterall Tannenhill well sucks against Buffalo.

So right now seeing I was asked today I see 2-2 out of these games.

Bryce will ball, but can he hold onto the ball?

With the Eagles, guy was a monster but fumbled on the regular.

We better be 6-4. If we arent, you can stick a fork in us.

5-5 means 5-6. 6-4 means 6-5. We are not beating Denver. It is really that simple.

So even at 6-4, we are looking at having to win 4 of the last 5 games to get to 10 wins and qualify for a playoff spot. There is an outside chance of a 9 win team getting the 6 seed this year, but it is not guaranteed.

If we can beat the Jags, the S.D game will be huge on so many levels. If we lose that game we can forget about passing the Chargers for the first wild card. If we beat them, then we will own tiebreaks on them should we both go 9-7.

Who are the last 5 games? Can we go 4-1 in those last 5? One of them is AT New England.

Agree on Him being a capable RB and maybe even the best RB on the Bills even with Spiller and Jackson and younger at 23. But I am worried about his fumbles and the Bills have turned the Ball over way to much the last two weeks. That is why this week I am giving you all the win against us.

But man it would be nice as a Bills fan to see wins over Fins With Thad Lewis, EJ Manuel and Kyle Orton the last two years.

@ Jax
Chargers
@ Lions
Bills
@ Denver
@ Jets
Ravens
@ Pats
Vikings
Jets

Final season run looks....'soft' with the Jets twice, toss up Ravens, toss up Pats, 'soft' Vikings.

As OP said, if we can enter Broncos at 6-4.... likely a L at 6-5, sets up a interesting finale to the season. (Jets twice, Pats, Ravens, Vikings)

Agreed. I said the same thing in one of the other threads. I don't see Miami having a chance to win in Denver so if that's almost an automatic loss, that gives them 4 this year. I don't think they can finish worse than 9-7 in order to have a playoff chance.

Winning in Jacksonville is a must. Winning vs. San Diego is a must b/c a loss puts them at 1-3 at home. Detroit's defense is excellent so that game is almost another must win. The Bills game in Miami could be gigantic only b/c they haven't beaten Buffalo the last few tries.

pats have a pretty tough schedule coming up. it would be great if we could stay 1 back of them going into the dec 14 game against them. their schedule leading up to that game is

bears home
broncos home
colts road
lions home
packers road
chargers road

id say 3-3 is the most likely scenario for them, so that would put them at 8-5 going into our game, so if we can be no worse than 7-6 that game would be for 1st place in the division (bills are gonna fold)

I don't really see why everyone is so sure we can't beat Denver?

It's the NFL, Denver might overlook us, I know its not an easy game and our chances are low, but it seems silly to chalk it up as an L.

That said, I'd say we'll really need 10-6 to get in this year. Possibly need to win the division, as the North and West have multiple WC contenders as well, and losing to KC hurts us against them.

agree about 10-6. i dont think 9-7 gets us in the playoffs this year. that packer game could be a killer, i think we finish 9-7.
