I think our 6 game win streak was very decieving. we had a few good games but none were shut outs or victories wiht confident. they all came to the wire and we nevr dominated. the only positive i see is the momentum and confidnece we gained.

I compared them to the Pats because Saban shares the same philosophies as Belichick. I am not saying we are headed to the Super Bowl this year, I am just saying you don't need to dominate an entire game to be a good team. I remember quite a few Pats games(during their Super Bowl years) where they were behind and had to pull out the win in the final few minutes. Like I said earlier, a win is a win. The good teams with good coaches always find a way to win even if they don't dominate the entire game. If you put Wanny in as the coach during those final 6 games, and we probably would have won one or two games during that span. Saban gave us the edge over those other teams and even after just one NFL season, I believe Saban is right at the top of the league in coaching.SR 7 said:im not talking abotu NE. they nevre blew out any team compare NE to NENVER or COWBOYS and those SB teams adn they blew teams out also the niners. I am not talking SB calibur you are getting ahead of yourself right here. We barely beat teams we did not win with power. we didnt blow out anyone so dont say blow out evrey team thats putting words in my mouth. we came from behidn i think 2 times and barely beat out the titans and jets. i dont call that winning with power.

As long as the Dolphins win, I don't care if they win by 1 point or by 30 points.

How many years did our offense dominate only to not be able to stop the Bills from getting 1 more TD?
Ho wmany years or games did our defense dominate only to not be able to stop that 4th quarter drive to win the game?
Ina ll the years we dominated in one area we weren't able to close it out or finish the game.
To me this 6 game win streak was very impressive and very inspiring.
I in no way believe in the carry over factor. I don't care we won the last 6 that in no way IMO will help us THIS year.
However, what I saw was a team that was resiliant. When they had nothing to play for they gave 200%. It didn't matter that they were losing by 20 points they found a way to win. They found a way to close the game in the 4th. To make that game saving INT, that 4th down stop.
