Bentley would a great pickup even at that price, but it may be too much for a center. he would stabilize the middle of the line for years to come. 26, still very young and that good.
 
with these guys going to hawaii, it's looking like more and more that we won't sign them..to much $$, I see saban bringing in vets, though not overpaying. I highly doubt will go for bentley or law(if he hits the market)
 
Peterson is the only one who brings something else to us that we don't have. A LB who can cover, blitz, tackle, and just terrorize from the WLB spot. Crowder will be very effective at SLB.
 
I don't think we will get Bentley or Law unless Law wants to sign for cheap to us but I don't think that is happening. Saban doesn't like breaking into the bank for any players as he proved that last year.
 
Bently maybe coming to Miami? I dont think so. He might as well change his name to franchise tag.

I'm only interested in the McNair/Culpepper rumours. :)

We didn't sign Wahle last year because of $$$$$$$$, and we won't sign Bentley either. I think we have our center on the team already... whether it's McKinney, Hadnot, or Ephraim...

How in the world do you figure that Bentley won't bolt to another team if they give the money? :sidelol:
 
well, the culpepper/mcnair situation i like alot. i want culpepper all the way but if we cant get him, id be very happy with mcnair. peterson would make us a team that other teams runningbacks wouldnt really want to play
