That would depend on the statute of limitations on that kind of thing in florida.

I cant think of too many cases where a player broke his contract through a retirement clause and then chose to come back. Certainly none that went to court and none that were as high profile.
 
We are more like $6.5 million under and $4,613,120 is the rookie pool.

If Ricky comes back it has to be with a renegotiated contract and we aren't signing anymore names beyond maybe Traylor.

Remember teams generally leave around $900k for injury replacements.
