I'm not worried about it. There's plenty of time between now and the start of training camp. Besides, he hasn't been re-instated yet as far as I know. I'm not sure we can do anything until that happens....

They have contacted Ricky because he has yet to be reinstated. There is no need to talk about a player if you don't know if he'll be a part of the team.

I believe he can't be reinstated until April. And who says we have not be in contact with him regarding his conditioning?

Didn't hear the broadcast, but why would they? He's under contract and hasn't been reinstated yet. I think he's the last of the MuelCams problems at the moment. Unless that is, they are thinking trade again.

Cameron already broke ranks and talked about how excited he is at the possibility of getting Ricky back, how they viewed film of his play up in Canada and they think he was just as good as ever.
This came after Cameron specifically said he didn't want to talk about Ricky because he only wants to focus on the players that are on the team.
They know he's out there, he knows they're out there, his agent has been in contact with Miami. They don't have to have a telegram delivered out to Grass Valley to let him know to be at the yoga farm's one phone in the central office at such and such time so that Cam Cameron can call Ricky and ask him how he's been. All they need to make sure of is that Ricky's paperwork is being filed for reinstatement and for that they deal with his agent, who has said on multiple occasions that he's been in contact with the front office and that Ricky looks forward to coming back.
Talk about making a mountain out of a molehill.

Nice perspective CK. But, y'know it's to be expected. The media has to have something to incite their listeners/readers, since most of our FA efforts have been pretty lowkey.
