did not practice today and will be a gametime decision on Saturday.

If Ronnie can't go, it'll be interesting to see how Ricky holds up if getting 20+ carries in the game....which I'm sure I'll be fine. I'd much rather Ronnie sit out if he's banged up then risk any further injury considering he's the future.

This would be a great time for Ricky to improve his trade value! Gooooooo RICKY! RUN RICKY RUN!!!!

Linehan should have the time of his life passing the ball against that horrible pass defense this weekend..

I agree. Hopefully he tears it up.

or even better (and more likely) prove that he is worth more to the Dolphins than what anyone would trade for him. ;)

While that is the smarter way to look at this..........I really want for Ronnie to get 1,000, so for that reason, I'm hoping he plays and plays well.

1000 is overrated i mean for a rookie like ronnie who splits time if u look at it that way a 1000 yrd season is awesome but i mean when u carrie the load urself now-a-days 1200- 1500 is a sign of a good season

I'd go ahead and sit Ronnie the rest of the year. We have Ricky, and for Ronnie to get a significant injury in a relatively meaningless game would just be a crime.

If he is cleared to play and he feels good I hope he plays... If he is cleared to play and feels that he is still injured I hope he sits.... I would love to see him and CC break 1,000 yrds this season!

He could still get 1000...if he runs for like 120 yards against the Patriots :)

The pats have the best run defense in the NFL right now...:shakeno:

Funny that you say that, cause I've been wanting Ronnie to get to 1000 yards badly. And as much as I'd be disappointed if he DIDN'T make it, I'd much rather him be healthy. If he gets 1000 yards and then tears his knee, I think I'll be more disappointed from that aspect. But I'm with ya, I'd like to see him play just to get to 1000, but not risk it for injury concerns.

which shouldn't be a problem since they gave up 23 yards to  Cadillac Williams  !! I'd say that means Ronnie is good for 170 at least!!

Seriously though....I knew the Pats run D had stepped up....but I really never looked at the numbers....over the last 3 games:

Curtis Martin - 15 att 29 yds
Willis McGahee - 8 att 3 yds
Cadillac - 14 att 23 yds

Those are some impressive stats.
