8/14 Camp Tweets

Some good....Tripp getting reps with starters, Ryan having a good week, Williams making an impression and Fede making a push to be in the rotation. Pouncey rehab is promising as well

Some Bad....Jordan still struggling....still don't think OLB in this defense will work...hopefully he has a few plays he shines on and the phins get decent value for him.

Williams was fairly underrated even at OU. He shared time at RB with Brennan Clay and Roy Finch then you had two QBs in Blake Bell and Trevor Knight who liked to run a lot. But DT and Gill picked a bad time to miss a lot of practice with Williams continuing to impress and Moreno getting healthy.

DT is done. Williams has size and speed not to mention more upside at this point. Gill is probably our 2nd best pass blocker and has had a good camp up until he got hurt. If it's me I have DT as 6th on the depth chart behind Miller, Moreno, Williams, Gill and Darkwa.

Ryan Tannehill threw some nice deep balls, including one to a speedy Mike Wallace, during 1-on-1s. Eye opening good."

Daddy likey.

TRIP-MISI-McCAIN looks pretty damn tasty. young, fast, physical lb's across the board with that lineup. a distinct difference than the last few seasons of lb play.

Agreed. I like it.

Though, I said recently that it won't surpise me if the 2015 LB corp is Jenkins (Will), Tripp (Mike), & Misi (Sam).

In what world is Miller a 3.1 a carry rb? Is this some alternate universe you live in? Maybe you meant Daniel Thomas.

Exactly. It discredits a person when they completely exaggerate about something, good or bad, to try to lend more credit to their opinion. Miller has always maintained a very solid ypc.

Not to mention that in the game last week Williams showed nothing to be impressed about. Limited showing but still nothing that even sparked interest.

i'm betting espns jackson predicts us to be above 500 this year...9-7 or 10-6 and i'm leaning he will predict 10-6 cause of the new offense...

I thought we'd got 6-10 last year and I thought Philbin did a heck of a job getting us to 8-8, especially with Bully gate. I think we go 10-6 this year.

OJ McDuffie is here education media members about routes & adjustments. Dolphins need to do that more. We need to be educated to educate you

I don't need some illiterate self-promoting hack to educate me about football. Especially one who posts things like:
"OJ McDuffie is here education media members about routes & adjustments" ... what the frack?

Just report what happens you egotistical prick!

Im pulling for Brown to make it as the underdog guy just don't see how the numbers could work for him. Thigpen and Thomas I wouldnt be making long term plans to keep your family in Florida. Aikens needs a good game or he might be in the first cut. Hazel to practice squad dont see any room for him either. Just some random thoughts.

Last year I predicted anywhere from 7-9 to 9-7. I would feel safe based on Tannehill/the offense growing this year that the Fins will at least be 9-7 with a strong chance of going 10-6 and even a possibility at 11-5.

If this offense clicks and can consistently score over 24 points/game than the run defense won't be that big of a deal (in the regular season). The D-line and to an extent LB's are meant to put pressure on the QB and if the offense can put them in that position they will flourish.

I WIFFED THE SAT.

however..... when looking at HIS correct stats. he shows a 4.2 for two seasons.

with 3 whole td's and no huge plays or any real memorable one that comes to mind.

i still dont see any great rb, now, or in the future especially with his lack of blocking which an rb will have to have [obviously] in lazors offense.

i dont see this team going into the tank without miller or going forward with him.

thanks for the correction on the stat though.

atl put together an 18 play drive against our d chewing up a bunch of clock in the process...i think we are gonna see a lot of long drives...the good thing though is the tempo of the offense we can score in 5 minutes...unlike years past...i think too we will go even faster as far as rushing to the los and snapping the ball quick etc once we play for keeps

the formula for the opposition vs our d though ocs will employ...run the ball down our throats and attack the lbs...with misdirection with play action etc...miamis gonna be creeping those safeties up this year...
