Even going through drills, Grant goes 100 mph. He will learn when he needs to turn it up
Mario Williams is pretty impressive looking, but I haven't really felt his presence during practices.

New Dolphins RB Arian Foster is getting increased reps after the knee injury to Jay Ajayi. Foster looks smooth running routes and catching out of the backfield.
Dolphins Pro Bowl WR Jarvis Landry works in the red zone. This is an area where he must improve. Landry had 110 receptions last year but just four touchdowns.
