8/2 - Scrimmage Tweets

D is at full speed. O needs time to mesh before they go against 1st team. Baby steps before the bullets start flying.

I can SORT of understand that. I guess. I mean, it's not like Miami's defense is top 10. I always thought practicing with someone (or unit) that is better than you, will only make you better. Practice against someone (or unit) worse than you, will not help you much. I'd rather see them struggle, but still mesh with repetition against the 1st team, than watch them easily score against the 2nd team.

Please don't tell me the first team o is done after 1 drive vs the 2s

Clay standing and talking with Ryan. Its more interesting to watch Clay at this point than the field to be honest. Nothing from offense

Ryan coming back in.

Two runs to Miller. No huddle. Compete to Gibson on third. Big hole for Miller. Plays are called dead on first contact.

First completion to Landry I believe. Almost td to Rishard in corner of endzone.

Michael thomas shaken up but got up looks ok.

Finegan picks off Devlin in endzone

Dline getting best of last few plays. Water break

Clay better be OK for Week 1. Without Clay, our O is a lot less dynamic.

There we go a quality pass rush rep by Jordan vs an nfl worthy tackle...nice to hear...we need his sub package pass rush bad to offset the run d hole

I'd love to see a cut up of what he showed...

How are these reporters not updating Clay's injury…arguably the Fins most unique playmaker.

Ryan back on field

2nd down incomplete. 3rd and 8 from 24 RT scrambles would have been stopped but tackler help up.

Devlin in completion to Mike G next play run stuffed devlin to Landry for 6

Tripp strip and return for would be 6.

Ryan back out for redzone drop in endzone for TD matthews. That was a bad drop. Sims with another TD catch from Ryan

Devlin with another pick

The early pressure I read about each day at camp and in today's scrimmage is very scary.
