I think you guys are a better team already without Saban. I predicted back when you hired him he would be a failure in the NFL. He has a college mentality not a NFL mentality/ego.

As a fan of the Bills I am sad to see him go quite frankly. His hiring of moolarkey was confirmation of that.

I hope you guys hang in there and relise that this is truly a great opportunity for your franchise to improve and build successfully.

Best of luck to you all, and here are to some great games in the future, and the Bills and the Dolphins fighting it out to lead the division-the way it oughtta be!

Great post...man. Thanks for being such a good sport instead of taking cheap shots. Lets hope we give your team a better set of games next year.

Ditto here...First class Bills fan. I feel like we'll end up worse than we were...like with Mularky or Capers as our coach or some other O or D cordinator that has proven they can't be a head coach in the NFL because of lack of options. Dark days ahead of us mark my words.

yeah anytime you get shutout by the browns & bills i knew something was wrong then.

Well, hopefully we get Ron Rivera as HC. He's been tutored by some of the best, and has encountered nothing but success. We will, however, need a much better offensive coordinator

CLASSY

I have shared many of the same sentiments here on several posts over the last few days. BLITzY (BLITzKRIEG) knows me from the BILLS board. We have had our yearly banter back and forth over the years.

I smelled a rotten egg the minute Saban bit on Mularkey, and then some of his prima donna antics with the media when he kept LYING... you look at a person's eyes when asked a question. If they don't look DIRECTLY back at you (most often they look downward) you are probably not being told the truth. He doth protested too much.

Our rivalry is THE historic rivalry of the AFC BEAST, no matter what the Putridiots or JESTS might claim. It's like a case of sibling rivalry with the BILLS/DULLPHINz ....

And BILLieve it or not, I was P-od, shocked, felt like I was sucker punched when I heard the news. I just think it stinks that this happened. It sucks in the worst way. Abandonment. Total abandonment.

One thing you can count upon is that your players will rise up and react to this abandonment. It will help your team gel, and be very good for team chemistry, no matter who the coach is that comes in next.

Rivals always, but as a fellow fan I think what Nick Saban did absolutely stinks. I understand taking big money, I just hate the WAY he did it.

When GreGG Williams contract was not renewed (aka/fired), he held a press conference and thanked the fans and community for their support! Nick Saban shoved a finger in the face of every DULLPHINz  fan and showed a complete lack of any class by not at LEAST having the nads to come forward and make a statement to the FANS of your team.

You as fans have every right to be outraged by the chicken poo way he dealt with this entire mess.

I do think your team and fan base will be MUCH better off without him.

So, the myth of the classy bills fan is true. I guess I can cross finding you off my things to do before I die list.

I think a fan of any team can appreciate the scandalous nature of the way Saban left, and realize that anything can happen at any time to any franchise. Teams lose in embarrassing ways and we talk trash to each other, we beat each other up and it's all part of the game, and we accept it, perhaps through gritted teeth. But Saban's means of departure is NOT what we consider "par for the course", and it, I think, can unite fans of all teams around an unfortunate event. We all hate the Bills here, but I don't think any of us wish any "evil" on them; part of the fun of being a fan is the tension and pressure and back & forth of these rivalries. I'm glad that some fans of our rivals can come on here and talk football and discuss the direction of team they don't like. It makes for better reading.
