if the jon beck/chad henne training camp battle were a prize fight right now chad henne is margarito and john beck is cotto

if you haven't seen that fight you really need to. fight of the year. much better fight than this training camp battle to date.

I actually preferred watching GSP dominate John Fitch this past wknd. What a beating he laid on that guy.

I saw that fight...awesome...I'm a huge boxing guy....

Cotto was easily the superior boxer...he just couldn't hurt Margarito...

Margarito just kept coming....walking through Cotto's punches... and kept applying pressure...until he finally broke Cotto's spirit...(not to mention busting his face up pretty good)

Fight of the year so far no doubt..

margarito has the toughest chin and will i've seen in quite some time. i'm not sure you could hurt that guy with a frying pan in the face.

I bet if you had 4oz gloves on instead of the big padded ones, you could hurt that guy. Ive lost interest in boxing, I used to be into it. I just find it more interesting when you can use elbows, knees and feet in addition to your hands. Way more things to think about and try and defend.

Absolutely...toughest chin in that weight class by far...

I want to see Margarito and Mayweather....

Mayweather is the best all around boxer I've seen since....Chavez Sr....

Man what a fight that would be! Mayweather has to unretire first, of course. LOL

you should see the bombs this guy was walking into and kept walking into with a terminator type look on his face the entire time. didn't seem to phase him one bit.

those cage guys are pretty much assassines imo. no disrespect from me.

I've always been a classic boxing guy...

MMA is ok...but I'd rather watch a good boxing match...

I'm ol' school...lol

i think that has mayweather de la hoya type results. mayweather too fast for de la hoya and de la hoya too big for margarito to hurt. just a point fest. except swap margarito for de la hoya.

one things for sure de la hoya wants NO PART of margarito in the ring. NONE!!!

No, I know alot of boxers are tough, and can take shots. If you saw this GSP/Fitch fight , you would understand. GSP is the reigning 170 lb champ, who is probably 180+ when he fights. He hit him with straight right hands that would have knocked most guys out cold. This guy took them and kept fighting. He also got got with a clean kick to the jaw, and stil lstayed in there. It was impressive. Brock Lesnar, if you know that name, fought on the wknd. You wanna talk about scary. Guy is 280 lbs, and moves likes hes 220. Unreal. The Mickey Ward/Gotti fight I liked. lol although neither is really a "boxer".

can you imagine a bar fight with one of those mma guys??? i don't care if he's 165 or what. you think i'm gonna murder this guy and the next thing you know he's breaking your elbow like it's the wishbone off a thanksgiving turkey. then he wraps you up like a pretzel and chops your throat to no end. and that's if he's nice about it.

egads...
