A Couple Things.

I have a few concerns.

Obviously the OL looked pretty bad, and luckily Chad Henne had some legs and made things happen. How did Jake Long look in his first game back? Anytime I noticed him he was being beat by an OLB...falling down and what not. Oh, and Columbo...wow he sucks.

The goaline play calls. Seriously why not throw LJ out there when we are so close? Obviously Reggie won't run through those DT's, but at least convince the D you can at least attempt it. Pathetic play calls inside the 10, besides that QB run. We need to throw it up and let Marshall leap for it. Henne was horibbly inaccurate on a few of his throws to the corner of the endzone.

Why were we sending the house so much on defense?? It's tom brady and our guys couldn't cover the quick slants for ****, yet we kept blitzing...which put basically no pressure on Brady. Our upgraded "stud" LBs were pretty quiet.

I was so over them showing highlights of Solder and in everyone he was holding on to Cam Wake like a *****.

Please god send us a Nickle CB.
 
The OL wasnt bad at all, I am actually surprised that it wasnt a glaring weakness... Take out the 2 holding calls and they played pretty good actually...
 
O-line played better than they showed in the preseason but it still wasn't good enough. Run blocking was very poor and inconsistant. Long looked very rusty and didn't play at the level we're used to IMO. Carey whiffed on a number of blocks, Incognito had two holding penalties, Columbo sucked and Pouncey was inconsistant but he had probably the toughest job out of everyone. Rob Ninkovich was abusing Colombo though, I don't know if he had any sacks but he was getting consistant pressure.
