Anyone with two eyes could see his deep ball improvement last year. No disrespect to pirates.

Having accomplished such a thing in Lazar "The Star"'s failed system is nothing short of amazing.

Kid's got the goods.

Getting Parker going late really helped out. Those two should be dynamite next year once we make sure our QB is upright and has some time to throw.

That is unbelievable. They placed Tannehill in the same category with Eli and Brees, two of the best deep ball throwers ever.

"They" didn't do ****. Tannehill put himself there.

And, yet, the lowest F on that chart is the one that won the SB. I really like 17, even own a jersey, and hope he has a breakout year (finally) but seeing the SB winner at the bottom takes away some of the luster of this ranking. We all know Manning sucked it up this year and didn't play a full season but still. Makes you wonder if it really matters.

The adage is as old as the game itself:

Offense sells tickets. Defense wins championships.

Though one aspect that statistics can not measure is Manning's mastery of the game. It may have not been pretty, but he had the ability to put the offense in the best possible situations before the ball was ever snapped. His mental acuity helped overcome his physical limitations.

Or maybe, I don't know, that Denver D won the championship for them?

What is considered a deep ball...20+, 30+?

Not quite sure what to make of this chart. His splits show he was 21 of 69 on passes 20+ yards. This chart is showing he completed 42 of 109...huh, less than 20 is considered a deep pass? And his YPA is lower than Cousins and Gabbert who get D-

Lol people are still holding the whole Wallace thing against tannehill , even though he did above average with any wr not named Wallace, and that includes hardline who fell down anytime he caught a pass over 20 yards.
