Just look at all the emotion and conflicting viewpoints on this board. Man that locker room must be a mess! 53 rich kids, oh I'm sure Philbin has them on the same page. What a laugh.

What can Philbin do at this point to unify the locker room? Serious Question ...anything at all?

A story like this can actually pull a team together. Depends on whether or not the leader can get all to unite as one and move towards a common goal. Not an easy task but if Philbin does have his finger on the pulse, you could see this team get hot in the second half.

In a day and story full of speculation, saying the locker room is split fits right in.

This kind of thing can either unite a team or divide it.

I hope some of our Leaders like Wake can help get these guys to unite.

Who knows? The team played well without them on Thursday, maybe Martin and Incognito were more distracting than the controversy. we just need some decent players to replace them

It is up to the leaders...Soliai, Starks, RT and Wake to pull the team together.

This Martin fiasco has nothing to do with them. Go win.

Maybe ridding the locker room of Richie will help the team focus and bring them together.
Now, all the time spent with investigators vs practicing may not help much...

Gotcha...I still say its Martin. His complaints might derail everything this year. Still should have been handled better.

I think the team can handle this distraction, I don't know about the coaches though. This is definitely not what Philbin likes.

I don't know but I feel like Philbin rarely associates with players, seems all business and uptight to me.
