It hurts.... I dont post much and i just cant help but have to say what many of us feel as the truth... This is hitting us in the face. I have been a fan since 93 and learned football throughout the years and its clear to me. LEADERSHIP is our problem from top down. A under 500 winning coach in rex ryan can motivate his team to where his players will drive into a wall for him and philbin cant get anyone on our team to make a tackle or block. Players are getting paid 100k + per game and are just standing around looking at each other. NO FIRE from the vets which sends the flag that they dont believe in the system the coaches and the players next to them. I havnt missed a game since i can remember being a fan and the miami dolphins always seem to ruin my mondays even in a win (since we never blow anyone out). Maybe we should try cheating jk we are young have the talent and should be 3-0 maybe 2-1 COACHING where is it?????
