A Little Info for First Time NFL Viewers

The NFL game lasts 60 minutes on a clock kept on the field. All points scored are equal. The ones from the first half do not count any more than those scored in the second half. A 9 point lead can be overcome in the final 2 minutes, although it is much easier with 30 minutes to play.

This s a bit advanced, and you my wish to absorb the first part before considering this. However, NFL players sometimes play bad in one half, and good in the second half.

No correction. My point is that playing as they are, they couldn't even overcome a 3 point deficit much less a 13 and now a 16 with 5 minutes left.

That is unforgivable in my book. Didn't even try to get in field goal range with th 3 timeouts and 2 minutes
