[mod] please keep general nfl threads in the general nfl forum [/mod]

The have the most dominate run blocking offense line in the game. They also have the best running scheme in he league. They also throw screen passes better than anyone. The Chiefs also resigned Will Shields, their biggest concern entering the offseason.

Larry Johnson had 1750 rushing yards. 343 receiving yards. 21 touchdowns.

Did I mention that he only started the last 7 or 8 games of the season. I do not believe that most "average" NFL fans......or even some fans that are hardcore fans of one team like Miami (like me)......do not realize what Johnson did running the football last year, and what he can possibly do next year. He has yet to stay healthy as a #1 back for an entire season. With that said, if he does, his numbers could be insanely OFF the charts. I think that it is very possible that this guy could break the single season rushing record, total yards record, and touchdown record this season.

Anyone ready to draw the first pick in their fantasy draft?

Thus guy could have close to 3,000 yards and 30 touchdowns. Will he get there? Maybe he wont.....but maybe he will. And I think more people should be aware of it.

Perhaps he's single and looking to date..........

I picked defense first in my fantasy draft last year. I was a n00b at it.

But thanks to guys like Larry Johnson, Carson Palmer, Neil Rackers, and Tampa Bay's defense, I was the champion of the league.

I also thank Ricky Williams, I added him in Week 16 in replacement for Ronnie Brown, when I desperately needed a win, and he tears it up for 170+ yards and a TD (vs. Titans) :D

Personally I like Larry "grandmama" Johnson the basketball player alot better than LJ the football player. Why am I typing this? I D o N o t K n o w

3,000 yards rushing in one season...thats insane, he will never get that; not even close. he will be lucky if he reaches 2,200

I agree he would have to average almost 190 yds a game.

As soon as he doesn't have the best run blocking line in the league, his numbers will come back to earth. LJ is a really good runningback, but you really have to give a lot of credit to the Chiefs O-line and offensive scheme.

Him and Chambers came on strong late in the season and won my league for me! He was a beast at Penn State, he reminds me of Eddie George when he was in his prime, tough as hell!

Whatever...With al saunders gone they will go to the standard Herm edwards power ball short pass thing... He may rack up some yards but it really cuts down on the TD's..Which is death for a Fantasy back...Also that line is really starting to creak...
