I think he had a strong OTAs but faded when the pads came on. Might even have started a preseason game.

I said a Dolphin for life as a tribute to his legacy and tragedy which occurred. The least we can do is think of him as an honorary member of the Miami Dolphins forever. Lord knows what his legacy might have been if not for this accident, we will never know.
