true to that but i see nothing that says we are not going to have this same failure season next year or the next ,or even the next ,as far as im concerned WE DONT EVEN HAVE A HEAD COACH YET and the way ross is going about this, we will be lucky if we have one this time next year , and with ireland running the show i bet he gose with matt moore as QB i mean i like matt and im not saying he cant be a franchise QB BUT if we are going after a 1st time HC then imo we should give moore the benefit of a doubt that he Can be our franchise QB just like we are going to give the next HC a chance , but imo Ross needs to hand the keys over to someone that knows a lil more about football ,well a whole more about football than he dose and quit letting ireland run this team ,or elect him to next HC ,because there isnt anybody coming here ever that knows football and not just standing on the sideline if Ross and ireland keeps tarnishing this team and running it stright to hell.

Now don't get me wrong, I think Gruden or Cowher are good, proven coaches, but now the team is forced to go and look at the candidates objectively and try to find the guy that they think is the best fit, rather than the one who will create the most buzz and sell the most season tickets before year one.

imo thats our problem now we have been taking 2nd fiddle and not going out and getting what we need to win games and playoffs , just look when we had a decent coach >? bk when shula was coach ,and thats been 20 years ago ? and when have we had a franchise QB ? Danny Marino and that was 20 years ago and all we keep saying is we will do better next year ,but we go right bk to what we did the year before that and thats 2nd fiddle , the only way i see us bk into the playoffs is we are going to have to sacrafise , go after a player we know is going to help us win a playoff game and maybe the SB , even if it costs a lil more do it . cause if we dont we are never going to go bk to the playoffs ,or SB and imo if we dont start doing something like that we will start seeing players asking to be released or traded because they want to win ,we need to take a few more chances .
 
This team has no identity. We need someone who will be a leader and the face of our franchise whether that be a player or coach. It's been 12 years since we could say we had that.

imo i dont like the way our team is heading and imo will only get worse before even thinkin of getting better.

pick on them when they're down? When havent we been down since Jimmy Johnson took over? When was the last time we went to the AFC championship game...THis Franchise has been DOWN for a very long time and for a good part of it the only bright side was marino breaking records....

This franchise is in the cellar because our owner KNOWS NOTHING about being an NFL owner. You want to have a good franchise, look at Bob Kraft look at the Rooney Family and do what they do....Hire people to run the team for you WHO KNOW WTF they are doing, and stay in the press box and keep your mouth shut...

He has already been made to look a fool twice...3 strikes and someone needs to take this team away from him...

Exactly.

Fisher doesn't have the most shinning record, in fact it isn't even better than Billick and Billick is being shunned by teams but Fisher is a renascence man who is going to invigorate a franchise to greatness. I have said all along the Fisher hire would be defined by the OC he brought on board, well Brian Schottenheimer doesn't instill feelings of offensive genius extraordinaire considering in the 6 years he has been calling plays his offense average 21st in the league, not exactly awe inspiring.

Saying Fisher was the savor of the Dolphins and the only way to redemption is as ludicrous as saying there is only one religious faith in the world that will lead you to wherever the hell it is you believe in.
 
It's a sad state when a team reaches a point that the fans are mostly relying on Hope and Luck to pull us through instead of being able to have confidence in our FO, that just seems more or less to lack the insight and skill and an actual Plan of what it wants to do to put the team together and even if it found a plan, lacks the ability to be able to get the players needed.
Much like Irelands public persona they are out of touch and getting more in the fog the longer it goes on........there's a clear pattern here and it's been visible to many for far to long....which makes it hard to have much enthusiasm with tweedle dee and tweedl dumb leading the charge........Will they figure it out ya eventually but by the time they do age will have crept into our strengths and we will have a whole new level to develop....
Thats their second biggest problem, taking to long to figure out what the hell is going on...#1 ineptitude
Hey theres always Luck and God know we are way over due for a little........
 
The fans base is as divided as I have ever seen as a fan since 1970. Rightfully so. The owner and leadership has spun this franchise so many times, everyone is walking sideways.
We will get lucky one day out of stupid blind luck.
 
only reason i am in a rush to hire someone is to bring in coordinators... some good ones out there, but that wont last if we're the last team to pick up a coach
