Ahoy Mateys! I'm back to break down this sundays matchup between state rivals! This is a non homeristic assessment, so let me know what you think. I believe offensively we have the advantage and that will prove to be the difference it this one.

QB: Draw, both griese and frerotte are wily vetarans capable of running an efficient offense, but both have also been know to make costly mistakes at inopportune times.

RB: Bucs, the caddillac is the real deal mateys, and pittman would be starting on most other teams. Big Ricky Williams should be a solid complement to Caddys back up if he gets focused.

FB: Bucs, Alstott is still a force and Cook is rock solid as well.

WR: Bucs, Galloway and clayton are bonafide gamebreakers; chambers has never realized his potential and booker is pedestrian.

TE: Dolphins, Smith might be a star someday, but McMichael is a straight up beast, I would love to have him here in tampa.

Oline: Bucs, Wade and Walker highlight our veteran line, the dolphins have been better than advertised so far.

Dline: Draw, Spires, McFarland, Hovan and especially Rice are all capable off changing the game on one play. Taylor is still one of the best in the business, Traylor, Carter and Holliday are all seasoned veterans as well!

LB: Draw, Quarles and Brooks among best in the business, but then again so are thomas and seau.

DB: Bucs, Barber and Kelly don't give up big plays, Madison feeling the the loss of his buddy surtain.

S: Dolphins, I will give the slight edge Sargeant Shulters and Jones, who both are vastly underrated.

Sp Teams: Draw, Mare is still a top kicker, Bidwell a solid punter for us, return and coverage squads similar.

Coaching: Bucs, Chucky has a ring, Saban might someday.

So there you have it, offensively we are more talented and that will be the difference in this one. Dolphins are different team away from home and Ray Jay is a very hostile environment to play.

Hey, I know. I'm gonna go to the Buccaneers message boards now and give a position breakdown that questionably gives the Dolphins the edge on a bunch of positions!

If your more talented on O why are you ranked lower than the fins? Oh BTW Gruden already popped the tires on your Caddy. If he's stupid enough to try and play him this weekend the Caddy will get sent to the scrap heap.
Your O is nothing without him. Matey.

It was written by a homer, but i do noat have that many complaints about it. Except you forgot abour ronnie brown. He has a 4.3 ypc while Caddilac has a 4.5 ypc. Seems they are both "the real deal"

I disagree with about 6 of your assessments. Congratulations, homer.

well by all means debate is welcome, so tell me where im wrong. I'm not trying to start smack either so you know. I just like to hear varying opinions, and that is what I believe, most other homer buc fans would probably give the edge in every position to us.

i agree in most of those except RB and WR
Williams is going to be looking to make a statment, that statment is that miami did the rite thing in bringing him back
Ronnie is also going to make a statment that he was the better choice out of Auburn

Chambers and Booker are to star WRs that are going to break out before long andmake them selves a house hold name

:yeahthat:

Galloway a game breaker? lol now that's funny. What did he do his whole career....nothing much he's a decent receiver. Qb- probably a draw

rb- close, slight edge to Miami..Ricky and Ronnie, tow headed monster.

Wr's miami-these a re getting open, burning Clements hopefully Frerotte pciks it up. Michael Clayton has the talent but he hasn't done anything latley.

TE- Miami

OL- The bucs, I would assume

I'm not sure with d- line and lbs

secondary- Bucs

If you're not trying to run smack on here, why did you refer to Ronnie as "Caddy's back-up"? Why not just use his name like an adult would?

^^^^

OWNED!

One of Caddy's biggest question marks going into the draft- durability. Looks like they were right.

non homeristic assessment

:rofl3: :rofl3: Your your O's ranking vs ours.. and a couple of others that I won't go into..

D-Line is most definitely Miami.

CHRIS HOVAN- A GAMEBREAKER? :rofl3:

I actually don't have much of a problem w/ your take. I'm not sure we don't have a slight advantage a LB. It's close.

I do think you're off at the WR's. Clayton is having a tough Soph slump.
Galloway is doing surprisingly well this year, I had always thought of him as unrealized potential.

Marty Booker is far from pedestrian. He is a Pro Bowler (twice I believe), as recent as 2003. If you want to call out his production since then, look no farther than our 4-12 team last year.

At RB you are really discounting Ricky and Ronnie. Not to mention a banged up Carnell. BTW, referring to Ronnie as Carnell's back-up is silly.
