A Preseason "What If" Question...

To be honest that is a foolish question.

If Tannehill clearly outplays Moore and Garrard then would he start? Uh..DUH!

I've i've said in all of the 43 "should or would Tannehill start" threads.

He first needs to win the job and 2nd, our OL needs to be able to protect him.

I have two horrible thoughts. One is that the fans/FO/coaches force him into starting and Matt Moore has to take over in week six and plays well though out the rest of the season and the other is that Tannehill blows out a knee in the 4th game and is out for the entire year.

it sure seems like he is way beyond the expected learning curve, so many say he needs, due to his lack of college game experience.

Don't make the mistake of thinking he is further ahead of the learning curve at this stage. In relation to the playbook, yes!, but not in relation to the learning curve of being a pro QB.
