Have you guys given up on Pennington, or do you think you'll draft a QB in the first???

I'm not syaing Draft Leinart if we have the opportunity but we need a HEALTHY solid backup. I like Jay but he gets hurt alot too and that's not good when our starter also is injury prone.

I do not think Pennington is the future. I think that the Jets will draft Reggie Bush...If they don't...I HATE BRADWAY!!!!!!!!

nyjunc, is about right.
Chad is ours for awhile because of the cap situation so he either comes back next year and gets beat out by some other QB we pick up or makes a come back and plays great. Personally, I have not given up on him.
We do, though, need a better backup plan. A late first, early second round QB who we can get ready to be the next Jets QB.
The offensive line needs to be taken care of, along with a RB. With those two things any QB will look good.
