A question on the play-off's

This topic is really one that covers the whole the Dolphins and all the NFL, so here goes.Just wondering how many of you out their thinks it may be time to extend the number of teams that can make the play-off's from each division.

Right now in the AFC and NFC both their are 8 teams in each league with 7-5 records and above, and its very plausible a team will win 10 games again and miss out of the play-off's, just as we did a few years back, I think it was at 10-6.

Anyway, I hated we missed the play-off's at 10-6 and I just hate to see any team that has that good of a year possibly miss the play-off's. (Unless its the Jets,Pat's or Bill's that is...LOL)

I like the playoffs just like they are now...and they would look a LOT better if the Phins are in ( hey....I can dream :tongue: ).

I like the way the playoffs are set up, I mean some teams will miss out but this way you dont have the whole league in and all the games mean something

Yea I agree,

and IMO, everything with the NFL and its set up are absolutely perfect they way they are... divisions, teams, schedules, etc.

I mean a few deserving teams will miss out but thats what makes every game count right? if more teams make it then why play so many regular season games?

I like it the way it is. With that said man we all have to be cheering hard against the Pats to collapse (easier said then done). We're only going to the playoffs via the division if we make it!

Well new england doesnt have an easy schedule

Buffalo, Tampa, and Miami

Im not even counting the jets.....

I think we all saw today the bills can play, and hopefully beat NE, and tampa is fighting for a playoff spot so that could be another loss for NE, then us, we need the win

thats 3 losses, and if we win out we can make the playoffs
