Just a quick question to all my fellow Dolphins fans. Do you guys like having to sit there year in and year making excuses for talented players our team who are not producing up to their expected abilities?

How long do we sit here blaming their inability to turn the corner on "other" factors? When is it finally the talents' fault?

Just seems like it's the same story every year for us. Why continually to buy into the hype of certain players......the Chambers'...........the McMichaels'...... I don't know about you guys, but I hold no blind allegiance to any one player, not since Danny's day. Aside from a franchise player(s), it's in my opinion that every player is expendable. Especially if I find myself every year either having to convince myself or listen to countless other people explain to me how EVERY YEAR it's somebody elses fault and not their's.

I dont understand either. Maybe its because we are afraid of losing them and then they turn around and actually produce elsewhere. I used to like Chambers alot but after watching him time after time Not do what hes capable of has really pissed me off. He can be a great Wideout with a QB like Manning Palmer or Brees but he isnt a Great Wideout because he cant make a mediocre QB like Harrington look decent when he does make a play.

Dude thanks for bringing this up, I think that as fans we have to become more aware of BS, and somehow it has to stop No more celebrating Loosers and you are right every year seems to be the same BS over and over again.

Chambers and McMike to light it up.

Then all the nay sayers can find other players to pick on. Its always the case. I wonder who is next when Chambers is having a good season? J Allen, Ronnie Brown? It seems rediculous at times, that no matter what players do, its NEVER enough because of the lack of allegiances.

THE ENTIRE OFFENSE WAS HORRIBLE!!!!! Lets not pick on certain players, because we can scrutinize each offensive starter enough to justify breaking a so called "allegiance".

I wasn't even blind loyal to Dan. His final 2-3 years he was awful!!!!!! We needed to get rid of him.

Great post. I'm guilty as well. I do believe it may be time to cut ties with Chambers, McMichael and possibly Booker.

See Booker irritated me when we first aquired him, but he since proven he's the team's big play reciever.

i get sick of hearing people blame only certain players. chambers and mcmike get all the blame, but ronnie gets none. ridiculous.

This thread is perfect... There is someone on this forum (I wont mention him by name) that I swear is Chris Chambers. Every time I mention trading Chambers, I get my head bitten off. People are homers when it comes to the Phins. I was told last week that Ronnie Brown was a top 5 back. I was told that Chambers and McMichael are elite... People are blind when it comes to Dolphin players...
