I was watching the NFL Primetime show before the game and what I was most impressed with was how the Seattle Seahawks come together and raise the 12th man flag before the game. They are energized and have a great fan base. My question to you is: what would you suggest to bring fans together? To start a tradition to rally behind and hopefully motivate the players and fan base. Any ideas are welcome!
 
A new stadium preferably in a new location somewhere.
 
Heard an interview with Shawn Alexander, a former Seahawks running back about his first couple of years in Seattle and the new stadium. He indicated that they didn't sell out a single game the first year he played there and his second year.....they started selling out towards the end of the season as they were making a playoff run. He attributed the growth of the fan base directly with winning as many have posted above.

Just win baby...and the rest will take care of itself.
 
Seattle area has one of the highest suicide attempt rates in the US . I'm glad the fans have something to cheer for.

Creating a coalition to raid Dolphins HQ and picket with 'Fire Ireland' signs. That should get the crowd fired up.

another situation of a cold weather team vs a florida team...the only good fans in florida belong to the jorts wearing gators...that's just the way it is...
 
All opposing fans showing up at the gate in another team colors should be escorted to the stadium dungeon to watch the game.

Funny how that happens when you win, because they sure as **** didn't have that kind of fanbase during the 90's. A decade of winning later...

It's not rocket science.
