I think all the ego and locker room problems will keep him away.
 
Don't rule out Jerry 'more $$ than IQ points' Jones.

Seattle and Arizona are feasible, but, it IMO comes down to the skins and phins.
 
The paper air planes are over rated. Miami is talented. We do have some spots to fill, but we are in good shape.
The best its been in a long time. Few more drafts and FA we should be contenders for years to come.

I think this year we could be better but I dont agree on last year or the last three. The Jets were better than us you cant just judge on our head to head games, you have to look at full schedule. I dont think either team is a threat to do alot this year although we should improve and probably be better than jets
 
I think if Ross really wants Peyton then we get him. I mean we have been hearing for weeks now that the Redskins are the front runners for RG III. IMO we get Peyton and the Skins pull the trigger on the RG III trade.
 
The only teams other then dolphins that has a shot at manning redskins, cardinals, 49ers, and jets ....manning dosent want to play for the same city as eli so jets are out the picture, manning dosent want to play in sam divison as brother so redskins are out, that leaves 49ers....cardinals...and dolphins. I think dolphins wins this easy
 
It's all up to Payton where he wants to play. Hello people don't get you panties all bunched up if we don't get him! I'd love him to play in Miami, but every team is going to make a pitch to him and this is a once and a life time free agent!!!!!!
 
Only one that really worries me is Snyder. This guy is the absolute worst in money management, just look at the ridiculous contracts he has signed before.
 
I am not taking a shot at Sparano but I don't see Manning going to the Jets simply because Sparano may not know how to use him. Additionally the Jets can't afford to tie up more then 20 mil this season at the QB position.
 
SF could be a darkhorse in this race. Nice weather, fierce D, Superbowl contender, weak division. I don't think he wants to pay his bro 2. Times a year in northeast climate and a strong division. My opinion...
 
People are projecting Manning to go to a team based on how he would fit on that team, when they really should be projecting his new team based on affordability.

Kansas City is $60 million under the cap. Washington is $45 million under the cap. Seattle, Jacksonville, and Cleveland are all about $30 million under the cap.

Miami is $13 million under the cap and Arizona is $10 million under the cap.

I know Manning isnt just looking for a payday, but no team will even be in consideration with a paltry $10 mill contract offer. I dont beleive Miami or Arizona even have a shot.

it's always about money, this is a man who got his at the expense of cap space to help build around him. There will be enough teams interested that he's going to get paid very well- not as much as he's used to but enough to screw w/ a teams cap.

I would much rather see the old, breaking down Peyton in Miami than here w/ us.
