“When I look at the Dolphins, I just see the Cleveland Browns of the south,” said an NFL source. “They’re a mess.”

Ross has created an organization that is so poorly respected within NFL circles that it is doubtful a top end candidate will ever want to take the job, even if given higher offers than other teams.

Prepare to be dragged through another ****tease of a coaching search only to settle for yet another PowerPoint aficionado posing as a coach...

that's why to have any chance we got to fire tannebaum...like the minute the final whistle blows in the pats game

put out the message there are no strings attached

Between the Colts, Giants (maybe) and Tenn it's gonna be some stiff competition. Any chance McDaniels head to Miami?

0 chance. If he takes a job this year, he will go to Indy or NYG because of established QBs.

Tannenbaum gives credibility to the org. From there, the team should simply target and interview those that would want the job. From there, the coach needs to be a bit of a dick, but respected. Finally, the coach needs to have the ability to cut players on the spot hence increasing the accountability within the team.

Well some experts thought we would be good this year also so everyone had an opinion, weren't the Raiders and Jags a joke also not so much lately...but yes we don't make things easy for ourselves no doubt.

Ross is a joke, but **** these unnamed sources. Put your name on it you ****ing vagina.

You took one line out of the whole clip about the Dolphins. They also mentioned Todd Haley and Doug Marrone as being candidates for the job as well....along with Gase and McDaniels.

I don't necessarily disagree with the "mess" comment, as I'm a bit confused as to how our front office is currently structured and how that can change or not change for the right candidate, but it certainly wasn't all doom and gloom.

See the Browns huh? You can argue that how Ross has botched the Front office in his tenure (and you wouldn't be totally wrong) but we're no where near the Browns. The Browns have a GM who was texting the OC last year for not calling plays he liked.

The structure of the front office was a problem last time around the candidates weren't clear what was going on, this time the only one left standing will be Mike T so it should be clear unless they try to say he is just in charge of the sports science dept line again which yeah most people will be like really?
