Check out that link. This guy, who writes for ESPN, views every play, from every game in order to place value on every player. Check out the 37 page sample. At the bottom, it has stats from last year for each quarterback and how well they threw the deep ball. Frerotte isn't rated too highly. Also, Culpepper is at the bottom of the league in the "bad decisions" stat.
