Would be huge. HUGE!!! Can't even explain how proud I felt watching our boys perform so well yesterday. I have a tendency to get overly optimistic so I'm trying to keep an even keel this time around.

This was a much needed win after getting bullied by the Titans last week. I'm not expecting playoffs but it would be nice to be in the hunt and play some meaningful games down the stretch.

I think a win against the Bills would give this fan base some much needed optimism.... If (and this is a huge if) we can go into the bye week off of two huge wins I will be a happy, happy man. Have absolutely no clue what to expect this week but at least there's hope!

Must win for sure. Lose, and we're2-5 while buffalo is 5-2 with a tiebreaker. Win and we're right back In it.

The offensive line has to stay healthy if they have any chance of making a run.

Future opponents

Buf 4-2
NYJ 1-4
SD 2-4
LA 3-3
SF 1-5
Bal 3-3
AZ 2-3
NYJ
Buf
NE 5-1

Combined records of 21-25, two teams with a winning record.

Buffalo brings that defense in here with the exact blueprint that gives this team trouble though.

The front seven have taken our lunch money over the years just like the Jets, both have for the most part.

If we cant run the ball it again puts major strain on pass protection and the QB. We have to at least try to run it I suppose and try to keep it a low scoring game and win that way. That has seemed to be the best receipe the times we have been able to beat them

The other problem is Shady is playing lights out at the moment

I wonder how many times Albert, Pouncey and James have started those games vs Buffalo. Considering it's only happened 8 times in three years (7-1 record)....

Add in Tunsil and Bushrod....this should be a different look. We will need a game plan similar to Pitt. Run the ball and control the clock. (36:30 to 23:30 yesterday)

Agree that if Miami can win the season still has a pulse. Lose and go into the bye week 2-5 with a home game vs the Jets and then a 2 game swing in California where the Dolphins will be staying the entire trip, it could be a disaster.

3-4 definitely sounds a heck of a lot better 2-5. It's hope vs "out of it". Seems if we can maintain some level of health , we have a shot to be a good team.

Definitely helps my outlook for the offense knowing we appear to have found a spark or two at TE. Crucial plays yesterday from those guys.

This is where we find out what Gase is made of IMO. The game plan against a team that gives us fits is so important. I have absolutely no clue how this game plays out but if we come with the same hunger as last week I think we'll make a game of it for sure.

I wouldn't get too high on this team. Hate to say it, but this seems like one of those fluke games the Dolphins always have where they inexplicably dominate a good team only to continue to suck the rest of the season. Hope I'm wrong though...

their D is nasty. it's gonna be a tough test for us but heres to hoping the Fins catch fire.

Gotta use the same game plan as week 6 on offense. Get play action rollin...

Bills are 15th in rushing yards allowed & 20th in rushing TD allowed (6).

Can't get too far behind. Keep it close and run the ball. Hope for a HOT day and more hurling on the field by opponents D.

I'd be lying if I said that hadn't crossed my mind. Hoping to be pleasantly surprised.

One thing, we did struggle to stop Bell early on. If Pittsburgh fed him who knows, they like to throw though so they got impatient. The Bills will not get impatient unless we get way up. They will feed McCoy the ball, we have to be able to stop it or we're dead. Buffalo will not pass to pass, they'll only pass if they have to otherwise we'll be seeing a very heavy dose of McCoy.

If we have the starting 5 I think we will handle that front much better than we have in the past. It won't be perfect but it shouldn't like a constant jail break either.

Yes. It would be a game changer if we can get up early and make them abandon the run. More turnovers forced on D, etc.
