As I sit here 24 hours before the best day of the year, all I can think of is Keith's comment from a couple of months ago, when he said that Aaron Rodgers was getting calls from Miami every day.

I can't get this info out of my head. It worries me.
 
My gut tells me........that I should take some more Immodium before I sit through this seminar on myofascial release today.

I believe the pick will be Ronnie Brown. What I can't get out of my head is the info Ozzy heard about Miami working on a contract with Brown.

I remain steadfast in my contention that we will trade down. In which case, I can't get the words "Antrell Rolle" out of my head.

I also can't get the Laverne & Shirley theme out of my head. Bad time to be Phil.
 
I'm sticking with no fair offers for a trade down and taking Smith (if available) or Edwards.

What a monumental waste of my time!! I thought the seminar was going to discuss myofascial release, which is something I'm very interested in. All this guy did was talk about his history and go over some behavioral ****. I'm very disappointed.
 
First off... what the hell is myofascial release?

Second... I can't get over the fact that Smith and I share the same last name.... Long live the Smiths!!!!!

That said, I think due to my last name being Smith.... and my being a 'Phin fan... I think he's going to go #2 to us.
 
On second thought... the more i read myofascial release the more I see "My 'OH' facial release" or a release one makes while in an "OH" face... thus I have determined that KB went to a seminar on orgasms....

Simply put, it's a form of massage therapy. KB can explain it much better than I can, but that's the short version.

Edit: this was post # 2300. I reached #2300 on the same day that our beloved #23 is departing. Coincidence? I think not.

Don't think so negatively... it just means you have to have kids that are good at football....

I'm gonna change my name to give my kids a more positive mindset (when my wife and I have them). I've also read that being at the end of the alphabet gives kids low self-esteem, so we'll need to take care of that, too. There's really only one option...

From now on, I shall be Philip Asskicker.
