So disappointed after the loss. One thing I do want to mention is that I don't understand why we abandoned the wildcat late in the game the past 2 weeks. We were running wild on both the Colts and Chargers out of the formation, but then we go down by a little bit and we don't see it anymore.

Why?

Especially when Pennington went down, why not keep running the wildcat? Why not use it more in the red zone? Obviously our red zone playcalling has been brutal.

When a team isn't stopping something you are doing why do you go away from it? Keep going until they can stop you.

When Pennington got hurt, I think we should have just used the Wildcat the rest of the game with Ronnie taking every snap from this formation. When we go into this formation it gives the defense a lot to think about......when Henne was back there they just rushed him every time knowing his inexperience would kill him....it reminded me a lot of when Beck was thrown to the wolves.

I don't know what the answer is but I think the first change I would make is removing Dan Henning. Our Red Zone calls were totally predictable.

Miami needs to put Ronnie Brown and Ricky in the backfield with Patrick Cobbs, with Henne, a tight end for blocking and Bess. On Wildcat plays, take Henne out and put Pat White for a pass play, or Ginn in for a reverse and Ronnie taking the snap.

Three backs in the backfield works and it's hard to stop.

we panic when we get behind and abandon what has kept us in the game. not very good gameplanning. i know they were a bit surprised to have to deal with Henne, but they should've done a better job with it. hopefully they learned this week and will be prepared next week in case Henne goes down, or if they fall behind.
