What they probably should do is take a Quarterback, but let the time on the clock expire so they slide down a few spots. That way they can get Stafford/Sanchez at maybe 8 or 9 or something and not have to pay 1 billion dollars in signing bonus money for a guy who's never stepped on an NFL field. I don't think they can "trade" down, but if they can that would be a smart move also.
