Abramson: Caserio viewed as organizer not decision maker.

Organizer and not a decision-maker. And that means what?

Abrahamson started in on it yesterday as well. He took one little snippet that painted Caserio negatively yesterday from an article the Breer wrote while failing to mention all of the positives in it. That to me shows your true colors as a journalist. You don't paint a picture yourself, you should report all of the news and let the public decide their own opinion. Twatter has ruined the news cycle and most credible journalism in the US. I miss Dan Rather and Tom Brokaw :( guys who reported the news and didn't put their own spin on it.

I agree with you about missing credible journalism. I'm a journalism major.

But, I wouldn't reference Dan Rather in that sentiment.
He was part of the problem.

Seriously, if we hire Caserio he could damn well turn out to be a total failure of a GM.

But this is the most laughable criticism I have ever seen of a GM candidate. Absolutely hilarious. Of course he's not a decision maker, that's the reason we're able to interview him for the job. The GM is the decision-maker. This is like saying that Lake Dawson and Brian Gaine aren't decision-makers. No ****. None of these guys are.

Tom Gamble isn't a decision-maker.

I miss credible ownership, coaching and personnel decisions

Dan "Fake but accurate" Rather isn't credible? You don't say.

I like Abramson but since comparing him to Ireland he's been against Caserio.

And that's not to say you shouldn't have reservations since when people leave the Pats organization their success rate is not very good

I'm willing to bet that Kraft pays these media types off. It's insane, every single day it's some new bull****
I agree. Jason LaCanfora is probably on the cheese factory payroll as well. Teams gather information on other teams and a source of the information are the reporters. It isn't such a big step to think that known devious operators like Kraft and Belichick have just extended their scope via twitter.

I'm suddenly reminded of a scene in The Godfather after Sallazzo and the Police Chief were murdered, when Michael Corleone asked Tom Hayden if the media would be interested in a story about a bad cop who got corrupted, Tom admitted yes, we have reporters on the payroll.
Despite his image of kindness, decency and propriety, Bob Kraft operates like the Godfather of the NFL. Miami Dolphins are pretty low on his radar but maintaining dominance in the AFC East has been the cornerstone of their long success. Getting his mignons to throw the reporters some bucks for information and disinformation sounds possible/likely.

Brokaw is/was a talking head that was the "News" when it was three networks to choose from.
Rather...Well....Dan Rather ..... If you miss him, you don't miss credibility in media. He openly
displayed his bias in his zeal to discredit a President, and simply made up facts to suit his narrative.
To me, that calls everything he's ever done into question. I can't believe that was the first time.

Some guys are able to maintain faces that make them the envy of sycophants.

I love blatantly the media is trying to obstruct this process.

Hopefully the remaining candidates aren't gullible enough to fall for it ( Farmer) or need an okay from racial organizations before they can even muster up the courage to interview.

As long as he eventually "ORGANIZES" Miami into a Superbowl contender.. Im in!!

I doubt the media is trying to having any affect on the process, Ross just has a bad history as far as the media is concerned with his football ownership. The media is exploiting the process of course but they have no real stake in who Ross chooses

The Miami Media is really terribly bad, functionally, and mechanically.
