I loved Jimmy Cefalo as a player but he is just awful as an announcer. I could live with his monotone voice, but he's worse than John Madden tonight with getting guys names wrong. Tonight he was in rare form when Joe Rose mentioned a Burger King Whopper and Cefalo responded, "Yeah, what do they call those in France? Remember? It was from the movie with that actor whose name I don't remember." LOL! Wrong fast food joint and wrong sandwich, but at least you admitted you didn't remember Pulp Fiction, John Travolta, Sam Jackson and a Royale with Cheese.

When listening to the game on the radio, Cefalo leaves you guessing as to how much yardage was gained on each play. He also makes a lot of mistakes on what players are the ones making plays. He called Dolphins Guard Bennie Anderson, "Bernie" Anderson. I think just about anyone would be a better announcer then Cefalo. He's the worst I have ever heard anywhere.
