Article is a few days old, didn't see it posted but feel that the board lacks some positivity...

small quote..

Extroverted. Funny/sarcastic when the mood strikes him (often). Feisty. Confident with a 50 percent chance of ****y. Bright. Type A. Check that. Type AA, and keep that Red Bull handy. Engaging to the point that he gets a free pass when he dishes it out, regardless of whether the victim is Mike Pouncey or — yes — owner Stephen Ross.

He sounds like a Type A, refused-to-be-cowered, confident, intelligent and insightful rookie HC. Hopefully he turns out to be our best hire since Shula.

But then again, how many of us, including me, at the same stage, thought that Philbin might well be the next coming of Tom Landry?

I was intrigued as soon as I saw this:

"In one of his many job interviews over the past two years, Gase was asked by one executive if he knew his personal record against Dan Quinn, the Seattle defensive coordinator who became the head coach in Atlanta. "It's 0-2," Gase responded, "and I'm going to tell you something right now: He's never going to f---ing beat me again.""

Swagger is something that is earned...on the field
This team has yet to do that

Tannebaum will fix that quickly

You? Blindly optimistic? Well I NEVER!

Just kidding (kinda)

....

IMO swagger is something that is shown....then backed up on the field or wherever ....this team's attitude has been missing for some time now...swagger is an attitude that displays confidence and ****iness....that kind of attitude is needed on this team...but yes you really need to back it up on the field

saw this at the time, assumed it has been posted. Interesting read
