What are the key concepts, plays, and philosophies of the Adam Gase offense?

I don’t fully recall the misery of last year, but I think cutler threw vertically and not as many dump offs and screens.

Maybe it is the QB and his lack of ability ?

The only thing I like that Gase does is get rid of motormouths.

That's a bad ass avatar, Viggen! SB VIII. What's the thread again....Gase something?

We never seem to scheme teams on offense. We seem to just run plays and it's infuriating.

When you look at a team like the Patriots they will study and scheme your weaknesses on defense.

If you have slow LBs look out for Gronk and J.White all day.
If you have a weak slot defender look out for Edelman etc.
If you're undisciplined in your pass rush then look out for the screen behind you! Come! Rush up the field. We have something sweet waiting for you.
If your safety cheats frequently then look out for that PA actions, post route etc.
Those are your bread and butter plays, based on scouting, and especially on crucial downs like 3rd and 1.

We don't do stuff like that. We just run plays to run plays and it's maddening.
We easily have the offensive talent to have favorable winning matchups almost every week.

Very few teams have LBs that can stay with Drake in the open
Very few teams have DBs that can stay with our quick, speedy receivers in the slot
3rd and 1 got heavy split Grant out wide (They have to pull a DB AND a safety over top), release that TE on the action. Easy stuff!

But we don't maximize on those things by scheming those match-ups and that's what a great offensive coordinator does.

At this point, Gase is just a glorified play-caller.

Intermediate stuff doesn't exist.

Dumpoff, screen, 2nd and long run or bomb. Let's ride.

His scheme is to get ahead of the sticks. I hear that a lot but he throws the ball behind them so I don’t think he understands direction. He has a horizontal offensive game plan.

Do we ever run a slant? That's Amendola's bread & butter, and surely Wilson and Grant's too! They are super fast on delivery so the line doesn't have to hold for too long, I never see us run those - why!?
