It should be all of the coaches and everyone in the FO last game too. This inept team isn’t Tanny’s fault. I’m not a Tanny fan but I believe that blame should be placed on the appropriate people. I don’t see any real upgrades in the offseason. We do need to start drafting QBs but Tanny is still serviceable.

I just heard that one team is ready to call the Ravens if they lose today and ask about their HC. They didn't say which team that is. I know many people here want him and I'd be ok with him but I don't want to give up high picks for him. We'll see what happens.

The difference is, one is a steadily reliable source, while the other is a buffoon, who throws around so much wild speculation, that he's bound to be right eventually.
I don't see him coming here, but if he had these same players for two years, I would bet we are not in the bottom 10% of the league.
The 3rd longest tenured starter as far as QB's in our history. 0 Pro Bowls, 0 All Pro's, 0 play off appearances, 0 division crowns, 0 play off wins. Guess when the other 2 guys are in the HOF the barometer is too high.

This is a collective failure of an organization that hitched their wagon to Ryan Tannehill without a backup plan at QB via development/draft, while simultaneously making failed draft picks and free agent acquisitions.
It’s easy to blame RT at this point and Burke as well however the issue is bigger. Tannenbaum for starters must go and so should Gase along with his quarterback that we could plainly see for years was not the guy we need.
