Schefter reminds of the guys who were communication/TV & Radio majors in college, obsessed with sports that they were never good enough to play. Too bad Schefter comes off as being so smug sometimes. I like Chris Mortensen just reporting the news.

It will be so awesome watching the draft without Shefter's smug face telling us the pick 10 seconds before the commisioner announces the pick!

I completely agree. I've been forced to listen Mel Kiper's retarded rants on draft day because I actually want to hear the pick announced.

The only place where you can work a couple years spreading the latest sports news which was spoon fed to because you worked for the company, and then demand $1M per year as if you are now some sports guru that cannot be replaced.

I like the guy but I'd tell him to walk too (if that is what happened).
