In this monumental work of genius, he identifies each division favorite, then who he considers the top contender in that division. This brain surgeon picked the Patriots as favorites (ok no problem here) then........ he states "It was close," the Buffalo Bills as top contender in the AFC east. Wow. Really? The same Buffalo team we ran over twice last year. What a jamoke!!:confused: Wow, just Wow.

Ah I actually enjoy the doubters. Makes it more wonderful when we prove them wrong.
 
I don't remember who said it but some one on NFLN called the Bills a team "on the rise" in the AFCE :bobdole:

It's just his opinion. When picking which team finishes second to New England it's always anyones guess. Miami finished last in 2015 and second in 2016. The Jets were second in 2015 and finished last in 2016. I'm sure Jets fans would have felt disrespected if someone picked Miami to finish second last season. In the end it doesn't really matter what someone says in March about the upcoming season. Plus it's always a roller coaster ride around here... as soon as Miami loses back to back pre-season games the same fans that are complaining about someone's opinion in March are going to say Miami stinks and is the worst team in the league. Then they jump back on board when they win a few in a row.

So Miami is under Buffalo b/c Tannehill hasn't taken the next step yet. Tyrod Taylor must have taken numerous steps by that logic.

I guess you forgot the previous year the bills beat us down in both games and that meant exactly nothing in a new season. Not to mention that we beat the bills twice by a a FG margin, I would hardly call either a convincing victory that means much in a new season.
 
Last offseason, someone could've written an article about the Dolphins being the 2nd best team in the division, and Jet fans (with their team coming off a 10-6 season) would've laughed just as hard as some of you guys are.
 
Adam Schein is purely an entertainer. He says things to be provocative. His actual knowledge of football is minimal and you should just ignore whatever he says. BTW - he would derive very great pleasure to know that you took offense to him ignoring the Dolphins.
 
the afc east has been a patriots first "who gives a ****" second division since the jets feigned contention nearly a decade ago
