Here the dolphins got all the scrutiny and criticism like the guys there were doing something so bad and worse than other lockerroms. Former Players and current players when addressing the media were saying how their lockerroms wasn't like this or didn't go to the extent like the dolphins lockerrom. Yet, this only shows that this was BS and fins lockerroom as I and others suspected is no different, most likely to other nfl lockerrooms.

Everyone knows this, but the elites in the media pushing this story.

It's really amazing how a private voice mail has gone so far.

The Fritz Pollard Alliance, an influential group that promotes diversity and job equality in the NFL, called on players Thursday to stop using the N-word on the field after highly publicized incidents involving the Miami Dolphins and Washington Redskins.

Harry Carson and John Wooten, the organization's executive director and chair, respectively, released a statement saying a number of game-day officials commonly have heard players use the N-word during games.
"As former players (along with thousands of others) who have worked hard in different eras of the game to leave proud legacies for those who follow us, we are appalled and extremely disappointed to learn that the worst and most derogatory word ever spoken in our country is being used during games as well as casually in the locker room," the statement reads.

The Alliance also has called on the league to punish players who use the racial slur on the field through immediate ejections and subsequent fines, league sources told ESPN NFL Insider Adam Schefter.

Redskins offensive tackle Trent Williams has been accused of using the N-word toward umpire Roy Ellison in last week's game against Philadelphia, the sources said. The Alliance came to the defense of Ellison, who previously has been questioned and criticized for allegedly using racially tinged profanity toward Williams.

What's amazing to me is the amount of denial some people have about these very common incidents.

They must be living in some naive little bubble. Kids used worse when I was in grade school. Newspeak thought police coming soon!

What pisses me off about all of this is people and the media trying to change something they're not a part of or have any knowledge of. Pretty soon the government will have to monitor how we speak to our friends if the media and ignorant people keep making a big deal out of issues like this.

the only reason this thing is so big is because of the N word. If the N word wasnt used this thing probably would have died out by now. What i find annoying most of all was R.cooper eagles WR used the N word and was videoed doing so and was susspended for a few weeks and then allowed back on the team and is playing well now with no backlash. But now this thing has been so blown up that Cog might not ever get a chance to play again. I find that alittle dumb. Maybe its just me but whats th difference?

My first season running my flag team, Ruckus, my QB ran out of bounds late in the 4th qtr. All he had to do is kneel and we win. The other team got the ball, they won the ship. Fast forward three years we are winning in a championship and I told him if he ran out of bounds I would cut his head off and sht down his throat. He didn't, we won, and we are still friends.

Point- sports are intense, things are said to get results, men deal with it and not cry to their mom.

The difference is that Incognito has a VERY long history and Cooper doesn't. If I get busted carrying some LSD, I'll get a slap on the wrist because I have no history and will take steps to change, whereas Johnny Drugdealer who has been busted 20 times and has a record dating back to high school will probably have a different experience.

I don't like Martin or the way he handled this, but that doesn't magically make Incognito some kind of saint in my eyes.

Think anyone and everyone who doesn't work in an NFL lockerroom should back the hell up.

Who are we to say to a bunch of grown men. That is their world. You don't think construction workers don't talk like that?

It was only a matter of time till other players started coming out with the truth.

Martin is such a wuss. Go away, and do your Harvard thing Mr. Martin.

Well we've already mutilated the constitution so why not take away freedom of speech. Lets put in microphones in all the NFL locker rooms and fine people who use words some alliance deems inappropriate....that would be awesome /sarcasm.

Wasn't that Demolition Man with Wesley Snipes and Stallone? Every time you said a bad word you would get fined? Too many butt hurt people in the world.

I can see it now, the yellow challenge flag will thrown, and they announce they are going to review the audio tape, to see if a racial slur was used. After further audio review, the word ended in an A not a R, no penalty will be assessed.

Violation of the moral code.

Now I doubt if the The Fritz Pollard Alliance will be pushing for the ban on the words cracker or honky. But if those words were banned on the field and say cam wake yelled "i'm going to make you eat soup and crackers for the next month" at tom brady. We would get the flag.
